We’ve been in the hospitality industry for 25+ years, specifically focusing on POS/PMS implementation. We’ve implemented POS solutions at thousands of locations across the
globe. We’ve seen it all. Every pain point. Every hurdle. We had been talking about creating LOOQ for years, so when COVID shut everything down, we used the down time and our team’s expertise to create the solution that we always dreamt of.

THE DEMAND

Giving our Hotel Management Groups an Automated POS Integration

While the need for labor is on a rampant incline, and concierge / cashier employment is at a projected 10% decline (US Bureau of Labor Statistics), we knew LOOQ would be a
perfect solution for the ongoing labor shortage. The challenge of labor shortages and transaction speeds/throughput has affected several verticals, but especially in the
hospitality industry. 

 

We designed a truly unattended self checkout for hotel lobby shops that is fully integrated into their PMS. While offering more data/insight into your guests overall experience, it also improves lobby shop sales and overall customer experience. Guests are able to have a ‘grab and go’ experience that only takes seconds. No more tracking down concierge or waiting for guests to check-in just to get your nail clippers. Easily charge the transaction to your room or your card, and be on your way!

Solving Ongoing Labor Issues, While Enriching Customer Experience

Nearly 50% of consumers are requesting more self checkout solutions when asked about in-store technologies that would improve the shopping experience.
